1. Description of Service

Arclen provides an AI-powered landing page conversion analysis tool. The Service analyzes URLs you submit and generates diagnostic reports with recommendations to improve conversion rates.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google authentication
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute analysis reports without permission (unless on the Scale plan with white-label rights)

4. Payment and Refunds

Pricing

• Free Scan: Every new user receives 1 free landing page or ad diagnosis—no credit card required.
• One-Time Scan: $19 per additional scan (landing page or ad diagnosis).
• Starter Plan: $29/month subscription with included scans, page builder, and AI credits.
• Pro Plan: $59/month subscription with expanded limits and custom domains.
• Scale Plan: $99/month subscription with unlimited pages and priority features.

Refund Policy

• Technical failures: If our AI fails to analyze your page due to a technical error, you receive a full refund OR an extra scan credit—your choice.
• Dissatisfaction: We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with analysis results, as the AI analysis is delivered immediately upon purchase.

Credits & Subscriptions

• One-time scan credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable
• Unused one-time credits are non-refundable
• Subscription plans renew automatically each month and can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fees
• Monthly scan credits included with subscriptions reset each billing cycle and do not roll over

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Arclen and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any URLs, ad copy, or other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Reports

• Free and One-Time Scans: Reports include Arclen branding
• Scale plan: Reports can be white-labeled and shared with your clients

6. Service Improvement & Training Data

To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI-powered diagnosis and recommendations, you grant Arclen a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized, PII-scrubbed audit findings generated from your scans (including landing page scans and ad diagnoses) as part of our internal quality-improvement corpus (“Arclen Brain”).

This license covers only:

• Aggregated audit findings (e.g., categorized issues, severity scores, scrubbed copy excerpts)

This license does not cover, and we will not use for training:

• Raw screenshots or page images from your scans
• The URLs you submit
• Account-identifying metadata (your name, email, company, billing details)
• Uploaded assets (ad creatives, brand documents)

Before any finding enters the corpus, it is processed through an automated PII-scrubbing step that removes emails, phone numbers, and personal names. Findings are stored as numeric embeddings alongside their scrubbed text and are purged within 30 days of account deletion or opt-out.

You may opt out at any time from Account Settings. Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom will be presented with an opt-out notice on first login after this policy takes effect. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule and your data-subject rights.

Arclen does not share the Brain corpus with third parties and does not ingest external datasets into it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific conversion rate improvements
• Accuracy of AI-generated recommendations
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Estimated conversion lift percentages are projections based on AI analysis, not guarantees of results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arclen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arclen from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• We may delete your data after 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arclen operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
